He is survived by: his parents, Charles Lester and Bobbette Zollinger Parsons; his stepmother Diane Parsons of Gainesville, GA; his sons, Wesley Simon-Parsons (Amanda) of Toano, VA. and Thomas Parsons of Cary, NC.; his sisters, Leslee Parsons Clayton (Kevin, Sr.) of Snellville, GA and Annie Parsons Outlaw (Cobb) of Dublin, GA.; and his grandchildren, Sophia Parsons, Sara and Logan Mabry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
