He is survived by: his wife Hattie Brown-Johnson; his stepchildren, Sherry Marshall (Jimmy) and Michael Brown (Kathryn); his son Robert A. Johnson, Jr.; and his siblings, Eugene Johnson, Raymond Johnson, Charles Johnson, Donald Schoonover, Jay Schoonover, Ronald Schoonover, Norma Fitzgerald, Judy Stevenson, Paula Schoonover, Betty Jo Voltz and Mildred Schoonover. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
