It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gisela Martha Kleinschmidt Rice (Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina), who passed away on May 4, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Erich Kleinschmidt. She is survived by: her husband Richard Arlen Rice; her daughters, Patricia Ann Rice Bennett (Michael Bennett) of Clemson, SC and Katherine Marie Rice Raines of Wilmington, NC.; her niece Petra Kleinschmidt; and her nephew Stefan Kleinschmidt.
In lieu of flowers, the family would request donations be made to St. Luke Lutheran Church, 5869 Ocean Hwy, Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469 in Gisela's name.
