She was predeceased by: her parents, James Monroe Sherrill Sr. and Elizabeth Eleanor Dilling Sherrill; her husband Doug Scott; and her brothers, James M. "Butch" Sherrill Jr. and Ricky M. Sherrill.
She is survived by: her children, Marcus James Scott of Conway, S. C. and Tracy M. Fernandez (Jesse); her sisters, Linda Calloway and Kathy Jean Gettman of Bolivia; and her grandchildren, Alex Scott, Kelsey Scott, Felisha Fernandez, Douglas Fernandez, Sophie Scott, Cristal Fernandez and Kaiden Fernandez.
