She was predeceased by: her father Adam Carelock; her former husband Vernon Smith; her husband Harvey Andrews; her daughter Kathy Smith; and her sister Esther Huneycutt.
She is survived by: her daughter Olivia Lambert of New London; her grandchildren, Gina Anderson of Salisbury, Deanna Burleson (Shane) of Albemarle and Randy Lambert (Amber) of Oakboro; her great grandchildren, Jacob Overcash, Amanda Shugart (Conrad), Owen Overcash, Clayton Earnhardt, Allyson Earnhardt, Christopher Earnhardt, Connor Burleson, Justin Burleson, Cody Burleson, Hunter Lambert and Morgan Mitchell; her great great grandchildren, Linley Shugart, Finley Burleson and Kaleigh Burleson; and also, Diane Smith and Doris Carpenter.
