He is survived by: his wife Rita "Toonie" Hathcock Lowder of Oakboro; his sister-in-law Debra Lowder; his nephews, Cody Lowder and Colton Lowder; his aunts, Marcel Moore, Jewell Parker, Jewell Lambert and Carolyn Lowder; his sisters-in-law, Joan Branch, Sue Stogner (Wade) and Joy Harris (Junior); and his nephews, Chris Stogner (Angie), Mark Edwards (Lisa), Jeff Branch, Jason Stogner (Stacy), Meg Stogner Mason, Claudia Boger, Sarah Edwards, Elizabeth Edwards, Anna Edwards, Vance Stogner, Jacob Stogner, Chance Boger and Benjamin Edwards.
