She was predeceased by: her parents, Zeb Lee Hill and Mary Magdalene Hall Hill; and her siblings, Frances Leopard, Gerald Hill, C. L. Hill and Mitchell Hill.
She is survived by: her husband Elmer Franklin Stamper, Sr. of Oakboro; her children, Phyllis Levesque of Oakboro, Gilda S. Vincent (Ed) of Rockwell, Frank Stamper (Amy) of Denver and Steve Stamper (Willa) of High Point; her grandchildren, Mark Levesque, Jayson Stamper, Matthew Stamper, Andrew Stamper, Nicholas Vincent and Cynthia Jackson; and her great grandchild Camdon Levesque.
