He is survived by: his children, James Cook of Trenton, Raymond Cook of Greenville, Linda Weston and Teresa Gurganus of Richlands; and his grandchildren, Kya Cook, Grant Cook, Amanda Cunningham, Jeremy Weston, Jason Cook, Antonia Martinez, Joshua Cook, Justin Cook, Chris Cook, Jacob Cook and Cameron Cook. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
