She was predeceased by: her father Estel Ray; her former husband Donald Raymond Murphy; her siblings, David Roberts and Evelyn "MiMi" Smitley; and her grandson Landon Thomas Harrison.
She is survived by: her husband Melville Ray Smith; her daughters, Dawn "Didi" Harrison of Mount Gilead and Melanie Chandler of Gilbert, AZ; her grandchildren, Brian, Heather, Christopher, Peyton and Rachel; her stepson Gary Smith (Pam) of Norwood; her stepgranddaughters, Hailey Tyson (Kurt) and Cortney Molino (Dan); and her stepgreat-granddaughters, Kinsley of Norwood and Cohen Tyson of Norwood. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
