He was predeceased by: his parents, T. A. Blalock and Inez Lowder Blalock; his wife Faye Carriker Blalock; his son-in-law Adam Harris; and his brothers, Carlton and Doyle Blalock.
He is survived by: his children, Alex Blalock (Paula) of Norwood and Natalie Harris of Norwood; his grandchildren, Holly Litaker (Mike), Andria Harris (Andy), Cale Blalock and Clifford Blalock (Tracy); his great grandchildren, Caroline Johnson, Jensen Litaker and Kallie Blalock; and his siblings, Wayne Blalock (Peggy) of Charlotte, Caroline Hedman (Jack) of Fairfax and Lois Harward of Norwood.
