She was predeceased by: her parents, George Broome and Jennie Williams Broome. She is survived by: her husband Layton "Bleachy" Preslar Jr.; her daughters, Donna Preslar Hathcock (Rick) of Norwood and Sharon Preslar of Shalotte; her sister Daphne Thomas of Stanley; her grandchildren, Sommer Hathcock Morgan (Adam), Richard Seth Hathcock, Christopher Lee (Kristen) and A. J. Baskins (Savanna); her great grandchildren, Layton, Bryson, Lucy, Jatelynne, Maleah, Kenna, Cylus, Qwinntin and Serenity; and her godchildren, Drayton and Camden Diggs.
