He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester "Pritch" Johnson and Neva Anderson Johnson; and his siblings, Betty Minton and Bobby Johnson. He is survived by: his sons, Reed Johnson (Brooke) of Fruita, CO and Dan Johnson (Danielle) of Athens, GA; his grandsons, Garrett Johnson and Winston Johnson; and his sisters, Jeannie Elledge (Van) of Hickory and Sandy Johnson (Kenneth) of Wilkesboro.
