He is survived by: his wife Mary Margaret Rigby; his sons, Ron Rigby (Cheryl) of Huntersville, NC and Ryan Rigby (Stephanie) of Wilkesboro; his grandsons, Bryce Rigby of Huntersville, NC, Cory Rigby (Bethany) of North Wilkesboro and Aaron Rigby (Darsy Hernandez) of Fayetteville; his great grandchild Kinsley Odom; his brother Jerry Rigby (Chico) of St. Petersburgh, FL; and his sister-in-law Mimi Rigby of Land.
