She is survived by: her children, Delmore Hartness (Helen) of Statesville, Arlene Royal, Curtis Johnson of North Wilkesboro, Darlene Church (Jody) of Hays and Carlton Hartness of North Wilkesboro; her son-in-law Johnsie Royal of North Wilkesboro; and her sisters, Veronica Key (Gerald) of Kannapolis, Shelvia Toepher (George) of Florida and Paulette Finney of Illinois. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
