She was predeceased by: her husband Elster Howell Greene Jr. (Hal); and her parents, William Henry Sloan and Libby Booth Sloan. She is survived by: her son Eric; and her nieces, Kathy Greene Jones (Phillip) of Garner, Karen Greene Lerch (Bert) of Sugar Grove and Darlene Greene Caudill (Jeff) of Deep Gap. She is also survived by 5 Grand Nieces and Nephews, and 8 Great Grand Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the First Baptist Church of North Wilkesboro (510 D St, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at the Stony Fork Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to First Baptist Church of North Wilkesboro or the charity of the donor's choice.
