He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dewey and Hazel Ballard Phillips; and his brothers, James Bruce and David Owen Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his daughter DeLisa Phillips Anderson (Cody); his granddaughters, Kayley Anderson Badgett (Cole) and Alivia Anderson; his son Todd Phillips (Sharon); his grandchildren, Jessica Padgett (Travis), Stephanie Lingerfelt (Troy) and Gabriel Phillips; his great grandchildren, William, Wesley Padgett, Kinsley Lingerfelt and Katy Jo Badgett; and his siblings-in-law, Mildred Phillips and Martin Leggett. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
