She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman C. Minton and Magdalene Mahaffey Minton; her sister Barbara Minton Fortner; and her brother-in-law Woodrow Harrold Fortner. She is survived by: her brothers, Jeffrey Minton (Lisa) of North Wilkesboro and Ronnie Minton (Mary Jane) of Wilkesboro.
