He was predeceased by: his father Sanford Junior; his grandmother Mary Lou Testerman; and his brothers, John Wayne Bullis and James Isaac Bullis. He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Wingler Bullis of Roaring River; his children, Michael Jennings of North Wilkesboro, Alexis Marie Jennings of Hickory, Chris West of Mt. Pleasant, Ethan West of Mt. Pleasant and Izabella Bullis of North Wilkesboro; his fiancée Jessica Evans of North Wilkesboro; his stepchildren, Trinity Cleary of North Wilkesboro and William Love of North Wilkesboro; his half-siblings, Crystal Bullis (Ben Key) of Millers Creek, Tammy Bullis of Wilkesboro and Tommy Dancy of Millers Creek; his stepmother Tammy Renee Bullis of North Wilkesboro; and his aunt Louise Jennings (Terry) of Millers Creek.
