He was predeceased by: his parents, John Killen and Ethel Killen; his wife Barbara Killen; and his siblings, Carolyn Nowell, Arvee Greene and Billy Killen.
He is survived by: his children, Vicky Anderson (Greg) of North Wilkesboro, Randy Killen (Nannette) of Lexington, SC, Tommy Randolph (Patricia) of Boomer and Ricky Killen (Kim) of Wooster, OH; and his grandchildren, Kayla Wike, Elizabeth Childers, Scott Killen, Brittany Joyce, Heath Woodward and Natasha Keels. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
