He is survived by: his mother Edith Harrold Felts of North Wilkesboro; his wife Debra "Debbie" Bumgarner Felts; his siblings, Dwight Felts (Linda) of Hays and Bonnie Crane (Ricky) of Wilkesboro; and his sister-in-law Regina Felts of North Wilkesboro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews; and great nieces and great nephews.
