She was predeceased by: her parents, Solomon Hawkins and Charmie Combs Hawkins; her husband Lydle Gaither Johnson; her son Everette Johnson; and her brother Ray Hawkins.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Brenda Johnson of Ronda; her grandchildren, Emily Jenkins (Keith) of North Wilkesboro and Stephen Johnson of Ronda; her great grandchildren, Reagan Jenkins of North Wilkesboro, Addison Jenkins of North Wilkesboro, Konnor Jenkins of North Wilkesboro and Layla Johnson of Ronda; and her sisters, Betty Jean "Bunch" Blackburn (Glenn) of Ronda, Pat Dancy of North Wilkesboro, Nancy Johnston (Tom) of North Wilkesboro and Faye Miller of Ronda.
The family has requested no food and no flowers.
