She was predeceased by: her parents, Wheelar Albert and Mertie Mae Kilby Teague; her husband W. R. "Bud" Parsons; and her brothers, Ray Teague, Dwight Teague and Everette Teague.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Dillard (Olin) of North Wilkesboro and Buddy Parsons (Rhonda) of Purlear; her grandchildren, Chad Dillard (Shannon), Amanda Parsons Pruitt (Timothy), Shannon Dillard Walker (Chad), Brent Dillard (Amber) and Luke Walsh (Megan); her great grandchildren, Corban Pruitt, Riley Walker, Hannah Dillard, Luke Dillard, Justin Pruitt, Laynli Dillard, Isabella Dillard, Caydence Pruitt, Harper Dillard, Lauren Walker, Ryder Walsh and River Walsh; and her sister Dorothy Armitage (Bob) of Fort Mill, SC..
