It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Louise Johnson of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Junior Baxter and Georgia Octavia Jenkins Lovette; her sister Shirley Pennell; her daughter Melanie Johnson of North Wilkesboro; her former husband Quentin Phillip Johnson; her grandchildren, Brooklyn Lackey, Tyler Lackey and Colton Lackey; her great grandchildren, Cayden Baxter Richardson, Jackson Eli Richardson and Athena Grace Lackey; and her brother-in-law Randy Pennell of Taylorsville.
