We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2023, at the age of 74, Deborah Jean Spicer of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, born in Marion, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Radcliffe and Bernadine Cox Radcliffe; her husband Joe "June Bug" Spicer Jr.; her daughter Kay Hinton; her brother Earl Radcliffe; and her granddaughter Amber Billings.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Billings (Robert) of Roaring River and Robert Doran (Heather) of North Wilkesboro; and her sisters-in-law, Kay Thompson and Sue Rash of North Wilkesboro. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
