He is survived by: his wife Brenda Jolly; his daughter Stefanie Moore (Phillip); his grandchildren, Makena of Winston Salem, Megan of Winston Salem, Everett of Winston Salem and Finley Moore of Winston Salem; his siblings, Becky Everette (Roger) of Wilkesboro and Tony Jolly of North Wilkesboro; his niece Tonya Barker (Andy) of Wilkesboro; and his sisters-in-law, Clara Howard (Jim) of Winston Salem and Juanita Elliott of Micaville.
