He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Jennifer Moretz of Wilkesboro and Ricky Moretz of North Wilkesboro; and his siblings, Sylvia Smith of Lenoir, Myrtle Lowe of Moravian Falls, Wanda Johnson of Moravian Falls, Rachel Hartley of Millers Creek, James of Millers Creek, Allie of Millers Creek, Gary of Millers Creek and Larry Moretz of Millers Creek.
