She is survived by: her husband Edward "Matt" Brown of Newport; her children, Cedric Montford of Newport and Cachet Brown (Randall Brown Jr.) of Havelock; her mother Helen D. Dunlap of Newport; and her siblings, Sarah Frazier (Marvin) of Havelock and Howard Dunlap of Raleigh.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 2:00 PM. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the Oceanview Cemetery.
