He is survived by: his parents, Harold Reide Blake Jr. (Debra) of Ayden and Tena Craven Maddrey of Newport; his pet Penelope; and his siblings, Jordan Blake, Desiree Willis (Jody) of Newport, Erin Warner (Michael) of Newport and Ashley Landers (Jesse) of Tarpon Springs, Florida. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews.
