He is survived by: his wife Domita Houston; his stepson Christopher "Cam" Large; his granddaughters, Dallas Large and Codie Large of Newland, NC; his siblings, Vance Houston (Deb) of Spruce Pine, NC, Wilma Furr of Wilmington, NC and Debbie Sheets (Trent) of Hickory, NC; his sister-in-law Brenda Houston of Newland, NC; and his nephew Robert Burleson.
