Ballenger and Elizabeth Miller; his wife Marian Dashiell Ballenger of New Bern, NC; his children, Caroline Porcher Ballenger (Joseph Turner Seale Sr.) of Cincinnati, OH, Marian Roswell Calhoun Ballenger (Justin Allen Barnhill) of Tarboro, NC and Clarence Eugene Ballenger IV (Emma) of New Bern, NC.; his grandchildren, Harriet Porcher Seale, Joseph Turner Seale Jr., Marian Chambers Barnhill and Henry Allen Barnhill; his siblings, Haidee Ballenger Courson of Spartanburg, SC, Elizabeth Ballenger Wise of Spartanburg, SC and Norwood Porcher Ballenger of Atlanta, GA; his sister-in-law Ruth Gray Stone of Charleston, SC; his parents, Clarence Eugene Ballenger Jr. and Harriet Ancrum Ballenger of Spartanburg, SC; his brother Ancrum Dean Ballenger of Charleston, SC; his aunt Porcher Brisbane Douglas Ancrum of Lake Wylie, SC; and his cousin Andrew Porcher Ancrum. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and loving friends.
