She is survived by: her husband Joseph Lee Stevens Sr.; her children, Joseph Steves Jr., Timmy Stevens of Goldsboro, Jonas Stevens (Kendra) of Dudley and Mary Genelle Stevens; her siblings, Barbara Murrain, Linda Hand of Goldsboro, Michael Monk (Loretta) of Fayetteville, Abraham Monk Jr. of Raleigh and Jerome Monk of Turkey; and her parents-in-law, Isabella McCalop of Brooklyn, NY, Henry Earl Stevens (Betty) of Faison and Christine McPhail (Pastor Elwood) of Clinton. She is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
