He was predeceased by: his son Benjamin "Benji" Steele Riggle; his brother George Riggle; and his parents, George Benjamin Riggle and Mary Anderson Oates Riggle. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura "Becky" Riggle of Calypso and Karen Holland (Larry) of Mount Olive; his grandchildren, Jordan Riggle and Juliana Braswell (Eli Baker); his great grandchildren, Jay Riggle, Zoey Baker and Lauren Blackmon; his sisters, Betty Riggle of Fayetteville, Alice Ferrell (Ricky) of Winston Salem, Joyce Ann Flynn of Rock Hill, SC and Mary Cornatzer of Raleigh; and his pet Baby.
