He is survived by: his parents, Gail Baker Davis (John) of Faison and Jason Costin of Warsaw; his siblings, Thomas Cole Kornegay of Mt. Olive, Jeffery Tyler Costin of Faison, Cassidy Davis Hatsel (Garrett) of Clinton and Caitlin Davis of Clinton; and his grandmother Gwen Davis of Faison.
