He is survived by: his children, Haley Lynn Holland and William Cody Ratcliff of Virginia; his father Kermit Holland; his stepmother Gail S. Holland of Mount Olive; his siblings, Joy Holland of Mount Olive and Jeremy Best (Joy) of Mount Olive; his nieces, Amithy Harris of Mount Olive, Meredith Best of Mount Olive and Ivy Best of Mount Olive; and his nephew Austin Best of Mount Olive.
