He is survived by: his daughter Tonya Stroud (Steven) of Goldsboro; his grandchildren, Lizzie Watts of Goldsboro and Spencer Cooksey of Goldsboro; his stepgrandchildren, Landon Stroud of Goldsboro, Willow Stroud of Goldsboro and Nick Stroud of La Grange; and his siblings, Walter H. Watts, Jr. of Greenville, Rebecca W. Outlaw of Mount Olive, Peggy W. Dickerson of Mount Olive and Patsy W. Gonzales of Mount Olive. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
