She was predeceased by: her parents, George Roy and Amelia Corpening Rutherford; her husband Leroy Rutherford; her son Danny Rutherford; her siblings, Leola Rutherford Hardy, Marjorie Rutherford Scott, Faye Rutherford, Thomas D. Corpening, George C. Rutherford, Ralph G. Rutherford, Abner Rutherford and Roscoe H. Rutherford; and her daughter-in-law Sandra "Sandi" K. Bushell.
She is survived by: her grandson Alex; her pet Marvel; her children, David Lee Rutherford (Kathy) and Beverly Rutherford Fleming (Earl); her siblings, Richard Eugene Rutherford, Lewis David Rutherford, Norma Rutherford Ervin (Ned) and Jessie Rutherford Corpening; and her grandchildren, Alexandra Leigh Rutherford and Adam David Rutherford (Crystal).
