He is survived by: his parents, David Anshutz and Pamela Whaley Anshutz of Sarasota, FL; his sister Lauren of Austin, TX; his aunt Sandra Anshutz of Terre Haute; and his cousin Vanessa Branstetter (Tyler) of Terre Haute.
