It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Arrington Taylor of Morehead City, North Carolina, who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Haywood and Elizabeth Arrington Taylor (Libia); his wife Carol Taylor; his siblings, Lillian Piner and Ed Taylor; and his stepmother Lula Taylor.
He is survived by: his sister Ilene Harris; his nieces and nephews, Laura Swain, Meghan Wenker, Keith Piner, Grant Taylor, Seth Meney and Hunter Fellows; and his sisters-in-law, Rene Fellows and Joyce Ferguson.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gethsemane Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to First Baptist Church of Morehead City 810 Bridges St. Morehead City, NC 28557.
