She was predeceased by: her father Carl Foushee; and her siblings, Russell Foushee, Cliff Foushee, Elton Foushee, Garland Foushee, Vernon Foushee, Ross Foushee, Colleen Boone and Bronnie Acron.
She is survived by: her husband William Fred Partin; and her children, Dianne DeWitt (Howard) of Moncure and Don Partin (Carolyn) of Raleigh.
