She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Ludie Holland Brooks; her husband James Calvin Baker; her son-in-law Jack Revels; her siblings, Sarah White (late Oscar), John Brooks, James Brooks (late Bernice) and Bob Brooks (late Bernice); and her siblings-in-law, Ann Brooks and Don Gahagon.
She is survived by: her children, Marie Revels of Edenton, Anita Edmondson (Johnny) of Chocowinity and Larry Baker of Raleigh; her siblings, Eleanor Gahagon of Dayton, PA, Tom Brooks (Sylvia) of Windsor and Dennis Brooks of Merry Hill; her grandchildren, Woody Woodley (Tammy), Michelle Woodley Russell (Joey), Michael Woodley (Sarah) and Jackie Beecham; and her great grandchildren, Brandon Woodley, Courtney Woodley, Zoe Beecham and Odin Woodley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
With the resurgence of the Covid-19 Virus, no formal visitation is planned; however, friends are invited to speak with the family immediately following the service.
