She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Locklear and Lealer Locklear; her husband Murphy Hubert Seals; her son Keith Lamont Seals; and her siblings, Buddy, Annie Lois and Katie Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Locklear (Donald) of Laurinburg, NC, Linda Hunt (Phillip) of Lumberton, NC, Marilyn Allen (Jackie) of Maxton, NC., Freddie Locklear (Annie Sue) of Maxton, NC, Glenn Hammons (Connie) of Pembroke, NC, Timmie Seals (Marie) of Dillion, SC, Murphy Seals (Monica) of Indian Trail, NC, Robert Seals of Maxton, NC and Kelvin Seals. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren.
Mrs. Serena Mae Seals, age 81 of Maxton, North Carolina went home to see her Jesus on Friday, August 20, 2021, after fighting her battle with Alzheimer's.
