He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardell Bullard and Rockie Lee Bullard; and his brother Calvin Bullard. He is survived by: his son Claude Telisa Locklear (Pike) of Maxton, NC; his grandchildren, Aiyana of Maxton, NC, Caden of Maxton, NC, Brylan of Maxton, NC and Gabriel of Maxton, NC; his close friend Billie Jo; his stepchildren, Caleb, Madilyn and Shay (Bug); and his siblings, Frances (Jimmy) of Maxton, Dale (Daniel) of Pembroke, Cardell (Brandy) of Maxton, Norvell (Buddy) of Maxton, Gerald (Madeline) of Maxton, Harold (Dobby) of Maxton and Leon (Gerann) of Rowland.
