She is survived by: her mother Mary Bell Locklear; her siblings, Vickie Locklear of St. Pauls, NC and Ricky Locklear; her children, Robert Deon Milligan, Carlos Milligan and Ashley Milligan Kells (Robert Dixon) of Red Springs; her grandchildren, Deonayshia Zieha, Nico Tuscan, Zieasia, Zienia and Johaven; her stepgrandchildren, Gatlin, Zaebrian and Chandlier; and her close friend Renee Chavis of Red Springs. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
