Locklear; his grandchildren, Milaniya J Jacobs and O'lona H. Locklear; his parents, Lynda L. Locklear and Hal Locklear; his sister Sharlene Locklear; his niece Allyson N. Oxendine; and his brother Travis Locklear (Tasha). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
