He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Harris Locklear and Brady Locklear; his wife Della O. Locklear; his brother Willie James "Bootie" Jones; and his son Darryl Locklear.
He is survived by: his children, Trent Locklear (Alaina) and Allison L. Jacobs (Patrick); his grandchildren, Ashli Brook McDowell (Terrell), Leah Morgan Locklear, Elam Brady Jacobs, Glenn Cole Locklear and Bryce James Locklear; and his great grandchild Layla McDowell.
