She was predeceased by: her father Francis W. Meekins Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Virginia H. Meekins of Manteo; her daughters, Theresa Jane Schneider of Manteo, Jennifer Marie Simpson of Manteo and Kimberly Anne Simpson of Manteo; her son-in-law Brian Schneider of Manteo; her siblings, F. Warren Meekins Jr. (Beverly) of Manteo and Holly M. Williams (Harry) of Inez; and her aunt Mary Blanche Harwell (Boyce) of Manteo. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to SECU Family House at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill or Adoration Home Health & Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
