He is survived by: his wife Debora Poole Howard; his daughter Darbi Howard of Oakland, CA; his grandchildren, Justice and Charlena Howard; and his brothers, Randy Howard of Tampa, FL, Bill Howard (Peggy) of Tampa, FL and Perry Howard of Lake City, FL..
