He is survived by: his wife Melissa Gorzkowski; his sons, Zack and Ryan Gorzkowski; and his siblings, Bernadette Kelly (Tom), Michael Gorzkowski, Teresa Sumerlin (John) and Ted Gorzkowski (Toni). He is also survived by his family and friends.
