We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2023, at the age of 82, Juanita Faye Burke (Manteo, North Carolina), born in Jamestown, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Jane Wright and Marvin A. Smith; her husband Richard Edward Burke; and her sisters, Velma and Meveline.
She is survived by: her sons, Richie Burke (Sue) of Manteo and Pat Burke (Misty) of Manteo; her grandchildren, Bennett, Gray, Davis, Coral, Spencer Burke, Skylor and Rasheed Bryant; her great grandchild Malachi; and her siblings, Rosie, Gail, Sue, Ronnie, Kenny and Danny.
Memorial donations may be made to the Manns Harbor Volunteer Fire Department, Roanoke Island Volunteer Fire Department, or Outer Banks Hotline.
