It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanne Ellen McCaffrey of Manteo, North Carolina, born in White Plains, New York, who passed away on June 29, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marguerite Anna Marie Broeky and Clarence Corwin Ryder; and her brother Robert P. Ryder. She is survived by: her husband Robert William McCaffrey; her sons, Robert M. McCaffrey, Jr. and Sean M. McCaffrey; and her sister Bonnie Flora. She is also survived by her family and friends.
